Spring has Sprung

The Spring in the Country craft market is this weekend and I have finally decided on what cupcakes to make. They will be available in assorted boxes of 6 for $12.






Classic vanilla with two tone vanilla buttercream dotted with musk flavoured fondant flowers

Classic Vanilla with lemon curd filling and lemon buttercream

Gingerbread with cream cheese frosting drizzled with maple syrup

Choc mud dipped in choc ganache

Choc mud dipped in choc ganache then swirled mint buttercream topped with a mint chocolate

Jaffa choc mud cake dipped in choc ganache then swirled orange buttercream topped with crushed jaffas.

All boxes tied with bright spring time ribbons.
