Gingerbread Houses
With only 30 days until christmas and two market stalls in between it's time to break out the chrissy cookie cutters and moulds and get into the christmas spirit starting with gingerbread houses. This one is still in the making but will be on display at my market stall on sunday. Once decorated each house will come individually wrapped and will make a great gift or centre piece for christmas day. Filled with gingerbread christmas cookies and chocolates, $20 each, orders can be placed on Sunday and picked up at the markets on Sunday 14th december.

What a weekend
The Geham craft market over the weekend was a huge success. I sold all but two boxes of cupcakes from a total of 38. I had made 26 boxes originally but with the threat of a sellout by 1pm saturday it was a mad dash after I got home from work to make some more and thankyou to Lynette for your comments I am glad you enjoyed them. Now to do it all again this weekend for the Cabarlah Markets and then definitely a few days relaxation up the coast are in order.

Spring in the Park
Remember Winter in the Park? Well those photos were taken just over 3 months ago, now the beds are blooming and the bees are buzzing.
Spring has Sprung
The Spring in the Country craft market is this weekend and I have finally decided on what cupcakes to make. They will be available in assorted boxes of 6 for $12.
Classic vanilla with two tone vanilla buttercream dotted with musk flavoured fondant flowers
Classic Vanilla with lemon curd filling and lemon buttercream
Gingerbread with cream cheese frosting drizzled with maple syrup
Choc mud dipped in choc ganache
Choc mud dipped in choc ganache then swirled mint buttercream topped with a mint chocolate
Jaffa choc mud cake dipped in choc ganache then swirled orange buttercream topped with crushed jaffas.
All boxes tied with bright spring time ribbons.
